There are more and more acrylic products on the market. I believe everyone has some understanding of the basic functions of acrylic boards. However, everyone does not know much about pc endurance boards and ps inorganic boards. These two materials are very similar to acrylic in shape. This leads to some unscrupulous merchants mixing acrylic with ps and pc boards. In order to prevent everyone from being unnecessarily lost, we will show everyone how to distinguish these materials.
One: Inorganic glass (acrylic) is separated into: extruded plate and cast plate. The identification of extruded plate is the transparency number. Using the original identification method, the fire is extinguished, the flame is clear when extinguished, there is no smoke, and there are bubbles, and the filament can be pulled out when the fire is extinguished. The identification of the cast plate is: higher transparency, no smoke, bubbles, creaking sound when extinguished by fire, no wire when extinguishing.
Two: PC solid sheet, the identification method is: high transparency, good resistance to impact, not rotten, extinguished by fire, it will not burn at all, flame retardant, and will emit some black smoke.
Three: PS inorganic board, the identification method is: the transparency is normal, and there will be pitting when it is reflected. Relatively brittle, easy to break. There will be a clicking sound when it hits the ground. When the fire is extinguished, a large amount of black smoke will be produced.
Four: MS board, the identification method is: the transparency is normal, and there will be pits when it is reflected. When the fire is extinguished, a large amount of black smoke will be produced. It is basically close to the PS board, but the flexibility and processing performance are better than the PS board inorganic board.
